-Currently, We use .PDF Format for the majority of our documents. Some Pictures may be created in .JPG formats or .PDF Depending on Client prefference and Quality

How many files can Stone Vault put on 1 CD?

-Depending on the size of the Paper file. Stone vault can use other media such as Thumbdrives or External
Hard Drives for Storage. Some External Hard Drives have the portential of storing an entire Storage Locker of Paper Files.

How Do I search for a specific page or phrase in the .PDF Stone Vault Created for our Office?

-This Option is available with limitations. Because the process takes so long to create one large searchable .PDF it simply isnt an affordable option.
Instead we can categorize each file and case load making it easier for you to find what you need.

Can my files be accessed from Internet?

-No, keeping our server in your town and hand delivering is our %100 Secure Guarantee
until better Security enhancements can be installed. CD's, Thumb Drives, are much cheaper for the consumer than monthly contracts and investments into
Security software that can't guarantee %100 Security

Does Stone Vault Store my files?

-Yes, in two different ways: Court documents are stored for 10 or 25 years. Storage fee's are waived for a limited time to all our new clients. Storage fees are applied for private
and in-home documents, but not attorney firms.

Does Stone Vault have automatic bill-pay?

-Not yet, We are waiting for the right amount of people to request this

Does Stone Vault charge for pick-up?

-We Do, however some services packages include this service free of charge.
